What Alva Homeowners Should Know

A few local things we keep in mind on every Alva job.

Rural Homes & Larger Properties

Alva homes are often spread out on larger lots, with workshops, garages and guest spaces. Ductless mini-splits are a simple way to cool the spaces your main system does not reach.

Storm & Flood Damage

Flooded outdoor units and air handlers often need to be replaced. We inspect your equipment, give you an honest recommendation and can talk about raised stands where codes allow.

Older Homes & Ductwork

Many Alva homes have older ductwork that leaks or was never sized correctly. We check your ducts so a new system can cool your home evenly and efficiently.
