Flushing of the drain line to prevent clogs
Drain pan treatment with slow-release anti-algae tablets to prevent mold and slime buildup
Checking refrigerant levels to ensure optimal cooling
Inspect and tighten all electrical connections
Test the thermostat and safety controls
Check the air filter for replacement or cleaning
System performance report with any recommendations
