How much does a ductless mini-split cost?

The price depends on how many rooms you want to cool, the size of each indoor unit and the type of equipment. We give you a free in-home estimate with a clear, written price, and financing up to 120 months is available on approved credit.

Can a mini-split cool my whole house?

A multi-zone system can serve several rooms. For homes that already have ductwork, a central AC or heat pump is often the better value, and we will give you an honest recommendation.

Do mini-splits also heat?

Yes. Ductless mini-splits are heat pumps, so they cool in summer and heat on cool winter days.

How long does mini-split installation take?

Most single-zone installations are finished in one day. Multi-zone systems can take longer, and we will tell you the timeline before we start.

Which mini-split brands do you install?

We install and service Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Trane and other leading brands.

Do mini-splits need maintenance?

Yes. Clean or rinse the filters regularly and have the indoor and outdoor units professionally cleaned at least once a year to keep them running efficiently.

Do you pull the permits?
