Naples Air Pro (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a small, family-owned air conditioning company serving Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, Estero and Fort Myers, Florida. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we receive through naplesairpro.com and how we use it. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information — ever.
Information We Receive
We only receive the information you choose to give us when you contact us — for example, when you fill out our contact or booking form, call, text or email us. This may include your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you need and any message you send.
Like most websites, our hosting provider and security tools may automatically record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used only to keep the website running and protect it from spam and attacks.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your questions and service requests
- To schedule, perform and follow up on your air conditioning service
- To keep our website secure and working properly
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing emails or text messages unless you ask us to.
We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes. Your information is only handled by the services we need to run our business and this website (such as our web hosting and email provider), or disclosed if required by law.
Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies needed for the site to work properly, to protect our forms from spam, and to remember your cookie preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can review or change your cookie choices at any time using the cookie settings button on our website, or block cookies in your browser settings.
Advertising and Call Tracking
We advertise our air conditioning services on Google, including Google Search and Google Maps. When you click one of our ads, or call a number shown in one of our ads, Google may collect information such as your device, your approximate location, and the date, time and length of a call. Google may route calls from our ads through a Google forwarding number so that we can measure which ads lead to phone calls. Google shares summary results with us, such as that a call was received and how long it lasted. We use this only to understand which ads bring in calls and to improve our service.
We do not sell this information. Google’s use of your information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can control ad personalization in your Google account’s ad settings. Our website itself does not currently use advertising or analytics tracking tools. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and the cookie settings on our website.
Spam Protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
To protect our contact and booking forms from spam and bots, we use Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA may collect hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and send it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We use it only for security, not for advertising.
Text Messages and Phone Calls
If you call or text us, we use your phone number only to communicate with you about your service request. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep the information you send us only as long as needed to provide service, keep normal business records and meet legal requirements.
Security
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of sending information over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us. Just contact us using the details below and we will take care of it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
